- Follow the link in that email to view your order status.
- Review the shipment details and available tracking updates for your order.
If you are asked to verify your identity, follow the instructions on the order status page. You may need your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for JOSEI. If you still need help, reply to an order email with your order number so we can assist.
About tracking updates
Tracking becomes available once shipment tracking information has been added to your order. The updates shown depend on the carrier, and an estimated delivery date is not always available.
