Care Instructions:
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle

• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener — softener coats nylon/spandex fibres and reduces the fabric’s moisture-wicking and quick-dry performance
• Hang to dry — do not tumble dry; heat degrades spandex elasticity over time
• Do not iron
• Do not dry clean
For the sports bra: remove padding inserts before washing if removable, and wash inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the padding structure.
