  • How long does delivery take? — Orders are delivered within the following estimated timeframes after dispatch:
    • Romania & EU: 12–25 business days
    • USA: 15–30 business days
    • Rest of World: 25–40 business days
    Please allow extra time during peak seasons or public holidays.
  • Do you ship outside Romania? — Yes! We ship across the European Union.
  • How can I track my order? — You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? — We offer a 30-day return policy. EU customers are guaranteed a 14-day cooling-off period by law.
  • How do I start a return? — Email contact@josei.ro with the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • The item you want to return and your reason for returning it. If there is a problem, describe the specific issue and where it appears on the garment.
    • For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, attach clear, well-lit photos showing the whole garment and a close-up of the issue.
    • For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, also attach clear photos of the garment's size label and any care or product labels, with the text readable.
    Send photo attachments by email rather than through the Contact form, which does not support photo uploads. These photos help us review product issues; they are not a requirement for exercising your EU withdrawal rights.
