Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673), you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, without giving any reason.

What Happens After You Submit?

• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as possible.
• Return the products within 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products, using the same payment method used at purchase.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
