SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via standard international shipping through our trusted fulfillment network.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):

  • Romania: 12-25 business days
  • European Union: 12-25 business days
  • USA: 15-30 business days
  • Rest of World: 25–40 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties: Orders within the EU are delivered with no additional customs charges. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
