Fabric: 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex
Care Instructions:
• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Wash inside out to protect the polka dot print
• Wash similar colours together — dark and bright shades (Black, Wine Red, Blue, Green) should be washed separately from light shades (Yellow, Apricot, Lotus Pink) for the first few washes
• Use a mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Hang to dry — avoid tumble drying to preserve the fabric drape, the gathered ruffle neckline, and the flounce hem shape; heat can cause the polyester to lose its fluid quality
• Iron on low heat on the reverse side if needed; avoid ironing directly over the ruffle sections — steam from a distance is preferable to restore shape to the ruffles and flounce
• Do not dry clean
The 5% spandex content gives the waist gather some stretch — avoid tumble drying and high heat, which can break down elastane fibres over time.
